FEE SCHEDULE

10'x10'= $100 Art/Craft/Retail/Service (non food/drink)

Food/Drink (with approval)- $400

IF you are a Non-Profit serving the Greater Flint area and are interested in applying for a free or discounted space at our event, submit your info and let us know. 

We will select 5 local groups to get FREE spots at the 13th year event. 

MAKE SURE PAYMENTS ARE MADE BEFORE 7/20 or YOU HAVE A CASH/OTHER ARRANGEMENT DOCUMENTED.

 ALL VENDORS MUST ADHERE TO STRICT LAWS, POLICIES AND PROCEDURES SET FORTH BY THE STATE OF MICHIGAN AND CITY OF FLINT.

FOOD VENDORS- You Are responsible for registration with the GCHD, tag day permits as well as all State licenses/insurance.  No one will be allowed to setup or serve without proper paperwork and NO REFUNDS will be given.  Please, Include a menu and any links to your business.

DO NOT SEND PAYMENTS IF YOU HAVE NOT BEEN APPROVED TO VEND OUR EVENT FROM FLINTDROPFEST@GMAIL.com. 

YOU WILL NOT BE REGISTERED AND WILL NOT HAVE A SPACE AT THE FESTIVAL REGARDLESS OF ANY PAYMENTS MADE.
