By attending this event you are releasing Flint Drop Fest(FDF), SAGEncyLLC, Greater Flint Arts Council, City of Flint, Flint Downtown Development Authority and ANY affiliated party in any degree that may be involved in the planning, implementation or execution of any Flint Drop Fest related activity or engagement. FDF will not be held responsible for any damages or loss to property or personal injury including death under any circumstances. FDF is held in a public environment as a street fair and has a zero tolerance approach to disorderly people and behavior that may be threatening to anyone. FDF is not responsible for any illnesses that may occur in a large scale and highly populated event with willing close contact by all in attendance. If you cannot agree to these terms and conditions, you will not be considered an attendee or guest to our events, engagements or a party to anyone involved with FDF regardless of your physical location in Downtown Flint or otherwise.  Any and all claims must be submitted in writing to our legal partners directly and will not be discussed through this website or personal contact to anyone involved with any event or engagement.
