By attending this event you waive all rights to use of image and likeness, audio recordings and any media captured during any Flint Drop Fest(FDF) engagement or event. Flint Drop Fest reserves the right to use, distribute and edit any media that was captured at or in partnership or that mentions FDF in anyway that is fitting for maximizing the goals of promoting our talent and highlighting our city.
Media Ownership: All media will be co-owned with 100%/100% rights to the creative that produced, captured or otherwise created and media that is used. Flint Drop Fest will be branded or mentioned in the credits for any media used for promotions. If the creator is known, there will be credit given when used for any public promotions.
